Persidangan Gugatan Paslon Pilkada Langkat Digelar Kembali Hari Ini
Sentralberita| Stabat~Gugatan Pasangan calon Djohar Arifin dan Iskandar yang ditunda pada Kamis (15/2/2018) lalu, kembali digelar hari ini, Sabtu (17/2/2018).
Penundaan persidangan itu, sebelumnya karena permintaan dari KPU Langkat untuk memberikan jawaban. pihak KPU Langkat yang diwakili Hadiningtyas, Elida Hafni, meminta waktu untuk memberikan jawaban penggugat.
“Kami mohon waktu untuk memberikan jawaban pemohon majelis,” kata mereka. Mendengar hal itu, majelis langsung memutuskan untuk menunda persidangan hingga Sabtu (17/02/2018).
Seperti diketahui, Pasangan Calon (Paslon) Bupati Langkat, Djohar Arifin dan Iskandar mengajukan gugatan terhadap Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Langkat. Gugatan pun digelar oleh Panitia Pengawas Pemilihan Kabupaten, Kamis (15/2)di gedung PKK Langkat.
Dipersidangan diketahui, diajukannya gugatan tersebut lantaran pasangan ini tidak terima dengan hasil keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Langkat tentang rekapitulasi perhitungan verifikasi faktual pada tanggal 8 Februari 2018 lalu.
Atas gugatan itu, Ketua Majelis Penyelesaian Sengketa, Marhadenis Nasution didampingi Aidil Fitri dan Husni Laili, meminta KPU Langkat untuk memberikan jawaban gugatan pemohon.(SB/01/tk)
